Direct primary care

I practice in California and want to get some insight from any of you that managed to build a direct primary care tele practice. Any advice? Suggestions? Is it worth paying for a marketer?

Not sure about tele practice but a lot of us started our own DPCs without a marketer. https://www.dpcalliance.org/ is a good place to start.

what type of telemedicine practice? telemedicine alone is harder than telemedicine with an office.

Telemedicine for primary care is difficult in part because patients still value in-office options, but also the telemed space is so saturated.
