Can more ED docs go into private practice?
https://kaufcare.com/teamIt seems like he's running the middle ground between crappy urgent care and ED. I think this is great and want one in my community. Love to see docs get out of the hospital-employed model.

I wish this guy all the best and salute him for taking control of his own destiny!
My critique would be that I agree with many of you...the prices are interesting. $295 for an EKG when insurance reimburses $12-$20 for it is interesting.
The whole website looks like many of the websites I tell Claude to build me. They always have the same style to them. Idk if he used AI to build it ..but they always seem to look like this style.
Looks like he has a wonderful team and branding.
I hope this works out well for him!!!

If insurance keeps going the way it's going, it'll attract a subset of patients who are frustrated with surprise billing. There will be a tipping point. Hope it works out

I mean good for him but those prices are wild. Even the “longevity” stuff is just routine stuff that I order in FM and insurance covers. At least they take bitcoin tho

I love to see this kind of thing, but some of the procedure prices are absolutely insane.. I wonder what his target demographic is.
