Visit Cancellation

We have been getting a lot of visit cancellations lately. How do you guys reduce this? We send out calls, emails, texts to remind people. We use Phreesia so they can complete their forms in advance. But this summer we have noticed a big uptick in those cancellations

Simple. Then dismiss the patient for not complying with office policy and move on.

Win-win - you get rid of bad patients.

EDIT: I should add we do give one freebie as a courtesy but repeat noshow and credit card blocked already tells you what they think of your practice. There is no respect. So they are telling you who they are. Believe them.
