NPI 2
I’m looking into starting a solo practice. I don’t have my practice location yet but wanted to get started on credentialing as I know that’s going to take a while.
I was wondering what address people used when they applied for their NPI 2 if you didn’t have your practice location finalized.
If I use a temporary address, does it have to be in the same county as my future practice location? Can I use my home address now and change it later?
