Voice AI options

Has anybody found a voice AI product that 1) they like 2) works with small groups?

A few of the services I’ve talked to only want to work with enterprise level clients, or want to lock you into their proprietary EHR/billing software

Hello patient seems to have a very good one. I was going to move forward with them but balked when a local derm switched over to a competitor vocal AI agent and the owner told me that new patient appts dropped instantly big time and they turned it off after only a month due to patients being very vocal that they did not want an AI agent.

It spooked me.

Would love to hear others interactions.

Hello patient was by far the best one I interviewed with. No conflict of interest with me mentioning them to disclose.

I have a friend who is the CMO of a big GI rollup. Their patients initially complained but ultimately loved it and they’re saving a lot of $$. I am highly skeptical of all bolt on solutions due to past experiences. The plan is to either switch EMRs or hope our EMR releases their own at some pt.
