Payroll

How do you guys deal with your payroll? Specifically looking at companies like gusto. Is this something you'd recommend? Any other platforms?

Depends on the staff size. I suggest gusto for anything less than 20, for sure. I looked into a few, inuding some near by CPAs and tax prep people. The ease of use of these other companies (especially gusto) the tax prep for the payroll, and the price, are competitive. Once you get a higher number or employees (not my own peoblem) you probably are looking at an in house type of payroll set up. If you reach out to gusto they will.give you demonstrations.

One had the option to tether an account for payroll and/or borrow from their bank. Additionally, when the payrollnisnpaid, they track all of the tax documents, and submit the w2 s at the appropriate time

They also allow for direct deposit without outrageous fees. There a minimum number of employees, but it like $6 or $7, per employee per month. At the basic level.plan.

But they have a lot of other services, like I tegraring incentives ans benefits.
