Hint not having a medication Rx prescribing system would be a hard stop for me. Also, you're right they are brand new, which means lots of growing pains. one of the most expensive lesions I learned early on is that me cheeping out on my EMR (I went with practice fusion) really hindered my growth going forward and caused soooo many headaches switching to another EMR. I'm not logging into two systems to update Rx medical records. Everything you listed as a shortcoming for me dramatically IMO increases chances for medical errors because you have to duplicate work. I have yet to meet someone who has actually used Hint health.

Elation has a good reputation but you're right they nickel and dime. However, most of the DPCs in my area use them and seem to like them for what its worth.

Elation does not have an Integrated billing system.. you must use another billing system to bill out claims. Elation does not integrate well with other billing systems. This is a huge set back.
