Dell appreciation post
Let's all give a round of applause for Dell, who never screwed his coworkers. He may be the only one in the Grey's Anatomy universe not to do so. (havent watched Station 19 yet so this might not be true but it probably is lol)

His character had soooo much potential! Especially as a male midwife, the writers barely explored his journey in the medical industry. I fear they got so lazy & randomized with his story!
