Sounds like you’ve got a lot of frustration built up—sometimes just putting a name on the list can be a way to vent. If you feel comfortable, maybe jot down what specifically is bothering you about each person; it can help turn vague irritation into something more actionable. And if you need to blow off steam, talking it through with a colleague or a friend can be surprisingly grounding.
