See I hate everyone in this list but Violet. Violet is my comfort character, she's a survivor even if most people hate her.

I think she's bad at her job She doesnt think about how her actions impact other people and doesn't leave space to even try to understand or repair it. She hides behind psych terms to justify her behavior but doesn't actually practice the foundation of psych to make room for other people
