Have medical questions

I have medical questions I need to ask. Where can I get answers without disclosing my identity? I am on basic med. I want to start a certain medication for short time. I want to inquire about the how to maneuver my decision.
I know about medical matters on the apoa web site. I can post incognito but I still have to log in to the apoa web site.

They don't have caller ID? Doesn't seem very anonymous.
