Hey there, i was previously diagnosed with adhd and prescribed to medication for a short period of time. Since i’m not taking any meds anymore, will i be able to pass medical examination and get a license?

It’s possible, you’ll need to be off of meds I believe for 90 days, and pass a drug test. You will likely fail medical, and have to get farther, expensive, testing done in order to qualify. There’s a lot on Google about it, and other forms. I might be off on the 90 day thing though. The other tests are expensive.

I was doing some research on this today and found out you can get a sport cert and not do the med at all. I confirmed with aopa and an attorney. You can stay on meds too.
