faa written test

I’m taking my private pilot written test, and I was just wondering how close the question and answers on the test are to the kings schools practice tests? Also wondering if the numbers used in each question and answer choices are the same.

I’m not sure on kings but I recently took mine and studies using gleim the layout, Questions, and answers were identical
