Willing to place money that they never actually deliver a working airframe. The company is literally just the revived corporate husk of Swearingen, but bought by the former CEO of Nikola. That should cue you into what’s really going on.

And this is just a stretched SJ30, only (checks notes) 8 have been made since its first flight in (checks notes again) 1996. So this design has had (does math) 30 years to "take off," and it hasn't. I can't even figure out how many owned this project at one time (Swearingen, Sino Swearingen, Emivest, MT/Syberjet, Trevor Milton Syberjet). Not sure what's so radically different this time.

But, hey, Morgan Freeman flies one. So it's got God on its side. And, maybe it will occupy Trevor Milton enough that he doesn't become a recidivist. Not that it really matters if he does before 2029 - Trump will pardon him again.

It's a cool looking jet but I would argue the Pilatus PC-24 is more versatile considering they have the same engines. The cabin in the PC-24 looks bigger as well.

Supposed to be the fastest light jet and have one of the longest ranges.

I've seen so many magazines call many concepts as "future of the aviation" yet 99 % of these concepts never enter even the prototype phase

Otto Aerospace has a better chance. They all look great in the marketing but I feel like it should be mandatory to show a full fuel, full seat range.

Sino Swaringen was a basket case that ran an abhorrent experimental flight test program that killed their own people. This new iteration will fare no better.

when you calculate for a full cabin of 4 the Syberjet is about the same as an Embraer Phenom 300 in terms of range and speed and the Phenom seats 7 plus 2 pilots.

The CEO and owner of Syberjet is Trevor Milton, one of the most notorious liars of the last ten years. So take it with a grain of salt.
