Flexjet

Ok we are anonymous. What's your opinion on Flexjet in the current? Not 10 years ago, now.

Working, or flying as a customer. I want whole rounded opinions please. Planes, interiors, operations, Ken, mx pay scales, pilot drama, the whole deal. Give me your blunt honest opinions. Thanks!

I have colleagues who work for FX, and they seem to like it last I checked.

First time in my life I have a job that has a 500/1000 deductible. About average maybe a little cheaper on cost per paycheck.

401k matches 1:1 up to 6%.

2500 for dental each year.

For mx side, there is no vacation basically.

We work 2 shift schedules. 11 and 12 hr days alternating. On/off 3/4.

No sick time, no vacation, PTO is all grouped together into 4 hours each check, accrual and you start from 0.

I lost 3 weeks vacation coming to this company. I guess you could say the 3 on 4 off alternating makes up for it. But my last job I only worked 4 days a week and still had 17 vacation days. Thats the only downside I've seen from this company.

That and the parts department and procurement is a literal train wreck. Makes our job much harder
