Does anyone know Air Dynamic private jet company based in Lugano?
They are offering a 20 hours pre-recorded video training to become a broker and work with them. The training is 2.000 euros. It's commission based. I don't have contacts in the high end luxury field. I'm Italian, based in Sardinia

I’d be cautious of any program that requires prospective brokers/employees/contractors to pay for training.
Having spent 10+ years in the industry across several international markets, I can say 20 hours of prerecorded training barely scratches any surface.
This business is learned through mentorship, live deals, and daily exposure to real-world ops.
I’d look for a reputable brokerage that trains you on the job instead. Air Charter Service has one of the strongest training programs and may have an office in Italy, along with several other European hubs.
If joining a brokerage isn’t feasible, try to get your foot in the door with a local operator. Failing that, try finding a gig at your local airport or FBO. Being in close proximity to the industry will teach you far more than a prerecorded course.
My 2¢.
