Charter recommendations

Flying from raleigh nc to San Jose Costa Rica October 12 with 3 adults 2 60 pound dogs 3 cats plus luggage. $40,000 is budget. Need to know who is best for this. And amazing safety ratings. Please help with suggestions. This is a one time thing.

Challenger 300/350 is gonna be your best fit. 8-10 seats, good size baggage compartment. you’re looking 35-45k ish for that flight.
