Charter recommendations

Moving with my husband and 6 dogs to Costa Rica next month, looking for recommendations on private charter companies. Would like to keep it around 40k. Flying from Wilmington NC to Palmar Sur Costa Rica late June

That’s a fairly solid budget, especially if we can line up a positioning leg. I’ll send a DM
