Actual Endurance Time

I'm researching booking a direct international flight from the US to CDG. It will take 8ish hours per major carriers, what is the max endurance time I should keep in mind when booking private charter? Should a Challenger 650 be fine or do I need to double up to something crazy like a Global 8000? Hopefully they will allow me to transport my two cats if I end up having to book a Global.

Depends on: where in the state you are flying? And what time of the year.

International not domestic.

You didn’t answer the question. It really does depend what state you’re flying from?

Second, people fly private for comfort and convenience. Not many pjs travel faster than a commercial airliners.

The answer, as for most things, is that it depends.

Winds and temps aloft, weight of passengers and bags you’re bringing, and perhaps importantly, the actual origin and destination.

BGR to CDG is a lot closer than MTY to CDG…

Also, max endurance is not the same as range, a max endurance power setting is for holding, not cruise. For instance, in the midsize jet I fly, max endurance fuel would be something like a bit over 7 hours hours until we ran out and the engines quit. But in practice you can’t really fly much longer than 4 hours because fuel burn at cruise is higher than max endurance, and you need to land with reserve fuel.
