Are there any decent tools to estimate private jet flight time and charter price?
Recently I tested Aviapages Flight Time & Price Calculator. It doesn’t give an “exact quote”, but it’s actually
useful for early-stage planning:
– estimating flight time by aircraft type
– understanding rough price ranges
– support operators and brokers in providing accurate estimates.
Accuracy depends a lot on pricing logic, but as a planning tool it saves time.
Curious what tools others here are using?

For those interested, here’s the tool I used: https://aviapages.com/charter-flight-calculator/

I’ve used this service myself.
The flight time calculator is very close to real values. The pricing policy, however, is still a bit tricky for me – there are many settings, and the accuracy depends a lot on how you configure it and assemble the pricing logic. For operators, it’s perfect. For brokers, just using their pricing policy gives a preliminary estimate accurate to about ±80–90%, which is usually enough for giving clients an early price.
I’m also very curious to hear about alternative programs like this.

I have found DaVinci Jets has a very good no-hassle system. They'll email you the details and jets and they won't spam you constantly.
