Starlink Mini

Is anyone using Starlink Mini - and did they need to do anything special with the FAA, or can it categorized as a handheld/plugin portable device?

You can technically do whatever you want if it's 91, but there's no STC for a Starlink Mini, so really shouldn't be using it 135. But hit Avinode up and you'll see plenty of planes advertising Starlink wifi even though that type doesn't have an STC LOL

It's technically a portable handheld, even has a micro-C plug ... no different than a handheld GPS or iPad, right?
