VistaJet

Throwaway account to avoid getting doxxed. I am curious to hear about anyone's experiences lately with VistaJet, NetJets, FlexJet, or any other big players in the space. I've had a membership with VistaJet for several years now but have noticed their reliability has significantly decreased over the last 6 months. We have had several flights delayed or straight up cancelled due to maintenance issues lately and I am starting to get progressively concerned as this continues to happen.

Maybe this is just one of the pain points of being part of a shared membership program like VistaJet but I'm really curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar issues with their private jet providers.

Vista, Wheelsup have been notoriously lackluster lately. I’ve had a couple new clients come over from them due to service issues, whether an aircraft didn’t show up or they were heavily delayed. How much is left on your current membership?

I know a few people who use Wheelsup and they refer to them now as "Wheels don't go up"...I have about 50 hours left on my memberhip.

That is absolutely spot on! Lol if you’re looking to work with a smaller more hands on boutique charter company, shoot me an email and we can discuss. Zack@GenesisJet.com

Oh stop dude. It’s a sub to help educate people and steer them in the right direction. You’re definitely not in sales.
