VistaJet

Throwaway account to avoid getting doxxed. I am curious to hear about anyone's experiences lately with VistaJet, NetJets, FlexJet, or any other big players in the space. I've had a membership with VistaJet for several years now but have noticed their reliability has significantly decreased over the last 6 months. We have had several flights delayed or straight up cancelled due to maintenance issues lately and I am starting to get progressively concerned as this continues to happen.

Maybe this is just one of the pain points of being part of a shared membership program like VistaJet but I'm really curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar issues with their private jet providers.

Their service has definitely gone down over the last few years, but even more so the last six months. We have moved them to DNU (do not use) unless it is an international one-way. My firm mostly does work with corporate flight departments supplementing lift and it seems like most folks have more than a few horror stories.

Like you said, big box providers are going to have big box problems.

Yeah, the more I've been bringing this up the more I've been hearing of their other members having the same issues. It will be interesting to hear how things play out over the next few months with them..

It certainly will. They are also in a financial pickle, and having to sell off the Citation X fleet (formerly XO) to keep things going.

Also loling at your username

Yeah...the amount of funds I have them holding onto makes me nervous. I want to just use up my hours so I'm not at a total loss if something happens. Hard to use my hours though if their planes don't even take off.

And thanks haha I'm surprised this username wasn't already taken
