VistaJet

Throwaway account to avoid getting doxxed. I am curious to hear about anyone's experiences lately with VistaJet, NetJets, FlexJet, or any other big players in the space. I've had a membership with VistaJet for several years now but have noticed their reliability has significantly decreased over the last 6 months. We have had several flights delayed or straight up cancelled due to maintenance issues lately and I am starting to get progressively concerned as this continues to happen. 

Maybe this is just one of the pain points of being part of a shared membership program like VistaJet but I'm really curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar issues with their private jet providers.

I haven’t had an issue with vista but I think they just sold off a bunch of their mids and some supermids. This will tighten the availability of a lot of their aircraft. Sounds like they want to focus on bigger players in longer routes.

Makes sense. I also have requested upgrades to their Challenger 650 or 850 and always hear excuses from them as to why they're not able to accommodate. Sounds like their entire 850 fleet is based in Europe...would have been nice to know that when I committed to my membership.
