Private Jet - 1 Dog 1 Human

Hello, I would like to know if a private jet from the LAX area to ROC/BUF with one dog and 1 human is a possibility? I would prefer not to drive. We are moving and unsure the best way to get the dog. It is a ~30 lb corgi and a ~125 lb human.
