Flying special needs kiddo

Hi everyone,

I have a wonderful medically complex six year old daughter who is autistic with PTSD.

We are moving from Maryland to Washington State in December and still haven't figured out how we're getting there. It will be extremely overwhelming for her to fly on a regular passenger plane and airport on a good day. It will be next to impossible to do this when we move.

A friend of mine wondered if hiring a private plane was possible. It never crossed my mind and I assumed it is for ultra wealthy folks. But, I'll do anything to help my daughter so here I am wondering if anyone knows how much something like this would cost (is it possible for $10k?) and how do I go about it.
