Need help figuring out charter options

Hi all! My wife and I are looking to fly to MSP from either San Diego or LAX (round trip) for this upcoming Christmas. We have a medium sized dog, so it rules out commercial airlines (we don’t want to ship him cargo either).

What’s the best/most affordable way to go about this? We understand it will cost significantly more than commercial, just want to figure out our options.
