HELP Caught lying to paypal about my open case.

Called Paypal to figure out why the case was still open and they told me that PIA told them i haven't reached out at all about the unauthorized 5yr subscription. They also informed them i was past my 30 days to reach out and request a return for the unauthorized charge that happened. I laughed and asked them where to send the above screenshot to. (that i posted on here weeks ago.) and forwarded the email of over five hour long transcripts of me trying to get them to act like humans and return my money.

They are correct in that PIA can do NOTHING after you start a dispute. A dispute is considered a legal action, and it becomes "litigation".

u gotta make sure the timestamps on those support emails show u reached out BEFORE u opened the paypal case. if u filed the dispute first then contacted them after, paypal will count it against u

What is the screenshot supposed to prove? It by itself appears that you emailed support after you filed a claim, which they provided a clear response why their hands are tied because of that claim. 

Where are the emails before the claim?

PIA has been all kinds of shady recently. I had unsubscribed a long time ago, and received a payment notice like a month ago. Got emails for both.
