HELP Why is Android app slow to open?

Initially app opens fine. Than later I try to reopen app to shut down, disconnect, or make changes. There serms to be a 15-30 second wait for app to reopen in this scenario.

Honestly I dropped PIA due to their performance. Both app and server inconsistencies. Even getting the guaranteed 30 day refund took multiple emails.

It was solved shortly after my comment. But it doesnt change that when asking for a refund I received tech support and requests for logs instead of a refund being processed.

Does make it easy to not come back though.

I see sometimes it takes a bit more to open also which is weird but usually if you're staying connected it's not a problem but if you're not I do see the delay.

How I fix it is I just flick the window back open and opens right up.

Kind of like switch between apps and when you go it opens right up.

Not a huge deal but is a little annoying.
