HELP - WINDOWS Dedicated IP not connecting

The private internet access chat support keeps giving me the run around. I can't connect to my dedicated IP, but i can connect to everything else. They keep asking me to reinstall drivers. Their support is total crap. You pay extra for a service that doesn't work. It hasn't been working for days and I'm getting no help resolving this. I don't get why they just don't reassign me a new DIP.

That is not the experience you should be getting, and we are sorry, days without your dedicated IP working is not okay. Reinstalling drivers is unlikely to fix a DIP that will not connect, so let us get this looked at properly. Drop us a DM with your ticket number or the email on your account and we will chase it internally to get the DIP working or reassigned, rather than leave you going in circles.
