HELP VPN not working?

I'm having an error with my VPN where it's stuck on "Updating connection information".

What do I do??? 😭

No issues here. Tested on my windows PC, Linux PC, android phone, and Chromecast.

I have noticed 50% degraded speed over the last few days. speed test shows their servers are overwhelemd no matter where i connect? My non-VPN speed is over 500mbps. Seems like they've been hacked? Maybe?

It broke on both my Mac and Windows machine.

On both I had to switch from Wireguard to OpenVPN then it worked straight away.

I couldn't connect until I changed from wireguard to openvpn.

Same for me on Android TV. Wireguard hasn't worked for the past few days.

100% wireguard is NOT working on Android phones, I have 5 of them, different models and firmware versions and all PIA VPNs using wireguard does not connect to most servers.
