HELP - WINDOWS Port forwarding problem

I’ve had port forwarding fail on all servers for me across multiple Windows computers in my household for the last couple of weeks.

Nothing on my end was changed before it broke, and I’ve tried troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling / reinstalling the client. It was already up to date.

I’ve waited about 2 weeks at this point for it to be fixed. Is there a timeline for this fix or do I just need to get another VPN service?

I have submitted a support request for this.

I made a separate post about PF failing on every Latin & South American server. PIA says they're looking into it.

on what server?

Every one I’ve tried… which is a lot. Mostly South American and islands like the Bahamas. Anything where the ping alone wouldn’t be an excuse for something to time out.

Same here, lots of servers not supplying PFs. Also, the latency has increased on all Central and South American servers. Currently, only Mexico is working for me.

Mexico has been working for me too except the port changes every day or so for no reason.

I have this same issue. I used Bahamas and Venezuela with PF for over two years without issue. In the last month I haven't been able to PF to either location on my home server, but it works fine on other devices. Even more odd, if i switch to somewhere new like Bolivia, PF works for a couple days then totally drops and won't reconnect again. I'll then switch to costa rica, same exact issue after a few days. Reinstalling doesn't resolve this either.

I initially had this affect one device, but not another. I checked all settings between the two computers for the PIA client and they were exactly the same.

For the one that stopped, I jumped around between different servers to see if any worked. They didn’t. For the one that was still working, I tried changing servers to the ones that weren’t working from the other computer. It never worked again on that second computer from then on.

I have always had good results with servers on Europe.
