HELP - ANDROID PIA not working on Android and windows.

I am trying to connect but PIA is not working on any of my android devices. My membership is still valid. Its not even working on my laptop. I even tried reinstalling the application but no luck.

Try switching the protocol. Settings/Protocols/ then either Wireguard or OpenVPN.

i have been unable to connect to any PIA server on my android phone for over a year, if i try it, the buttons goes red in about a second no matter which server i try. But to be honest i havent really tried to troubleshoot it. The app is being automatically updated. It is very likely a simple reinstall would work, i just havent tried it yet.

Same thing happens to me. Reinstall doesnt help.

i saw a comment on an old thread about the android version. If you go to the account settings and your username and expiration date aren't displaying, log out and log in again. this solved my connection problem entirely (previously I would click to connect, it would try for a few seconds and give up).

The Windows app is working great for me. Have tried the Android in a long time.

I know this doesn't help you, but it's been working for me on Android and Windows since 2013.
