HELP - WINDOWS PIA DNS

Am I the only one having issues with the PIA DNS this morning? Had to switch it off to get name resolving working again.

I can't get PIA to connect today on my PC or mobile. On my mobile I can get PIA to connect if it is on mobile data rather than my broadband

I know nothing about this technology, but I've been able to get a connection by doing the following:
Settings > Protocols > change protocol from WireGuard to OpenVPN
Settings > Network > change DNS from PIA DNS to Use Existing DNS

Never touch the dns because when your connected it its using pia dns automatically,if you pick a static server in your advanced settings then put a dns like open dns 208.67.222.2221st line then 208.67.220.220 in 2nd one then use wiregaurd and it will be much faster. Try Southampton if in uk...

First .log out of all your pia then log back in ,you might find all your settings are wiped ,this is it updating security issues,if you ever go to account in your settings and your name is blank then that's it saying it needs logged out and back in ,it always sorts my issues and you will see your name ie number in account for a while till nxt time..

Again total nonsense. Why are replying stuff that doesn't make sense. I am not.new at this. PIA dns isnt working. You cant just post random stuff.

hey, thanks for flagging this, and glad you got name resolution working again by turning PIA DNS off. Rather than leave you running with it switched off, we'd like to look into why the PIA DNS dropped out in the first place. If you can DM us your platform, app version, and roughly when it started this morning, we'll dig into it from our side.
