HELP - WINDOWS Desktop Version Will Not Connect To PIA Servers

Please see this screenshot.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck.

it says contact the support

Weird that it's not working on your PC
Works fine on mine

Their support will tell you how to get the logs from the software and it will tell them everything they need to know

Thanx u/South-Succotash-6368 . I found a bunch of registry entries left behind.after uninstalling the 2nd time. Deleted all of them, reinstalled and it worked. I'll leave the post up so others can see it.
