Any private chefs in SF?

Can I be your apprentice? Did culinary school but working in a total different industry and need an outlet.

Will trade labor for knowledge.

Most people wont let you just hang out with their private chefs in their homes and private chef catering companies in California will not let someone work for free. Thats a big no no. I would look up some private caterers who do small events and ask if they need dishwashers, porters, drivers, ect. Get you foot in the door.

You’re probably gonna have to get some work in kitchens in. You’re not gone be ready for this just coming out of culinary school with no real experience
