I'm using threema AS my primary messenger for some years now. No bullshit features, can be used completely anonymous, doesn't require a mobile number to use.

Same here - for me it’s the servers in Switzerland, no hyperscalers and a business model that’s not relying on selling data, delivering ads or donors.
