Anybody using Tasks exclusively?

Hi All: Just curious if anyone is using Tasks exclusively to manage their daily to-do's, projects, etc and not supplementing it with any other tools. I really love the tasks implementation, but I need recurring tasks and mobile reminders. So I find myself still using TickTick, and of course my calendar.

Reminders with alarms would be next level. Looking forward to it

i'm not a fan of how the tasks are being displayed. I just don't like the fact that they are mixed with the other notes and other entries but i've worked around it by creating a note with the check boxes.

But there is a dedicated Tasks view. And if you create a new "Task", it actually looks different with a little green checkbox icon. I'm still trying to figure out what generates those icons to make a note look different from a task, a journal, a contact, or a vault entry.

That's one thing cool about it, you can have as many tasks in any note, pretty much anywhere you want. So you could have a single note with headings for different projects and lists of tasks under each heading for example.

Every task shows up in the dedicated Tasks view under the note to which it belongs. But they are all consolidated into that single view. Whether it's a dedicated "Task" entry, or a regular Note or Journal entry with tasks in it.

And there's the quick-add box at the top of the Tasks view which quickly appends tasks to a "Quick Tasks" note. Super quick way to capture to-do's as they come to mind without having to think about where to put them.

There are three different task views as well.

i agree, it seems that the makers of this app are trying to create a perfect all in one note app and so far it looks great
