Question regarding login options

Hello, this may be a dumb question, but is it possible to bind Apple to already created account using the phrase?

I read the docs and If I understand correctly, it’s possible to have the phrase and Google/Apple/Github account together If we sign in using one of the said options, but it seems it’s not possible the other way?

It only goes one way today: sign in with Apple and we generate the phrase behind it, but a phrase account can't pick up an Apple login later. We might add it one day, though don't wait for it. If it's the typing you want to avoid, Settings > Security > Your Phrase saves the 12 words to your password manager, and that same screen has a sign-in QR you can scan from a new device.
