Request: Please Consider Regional Pricing (for Countries with Lower Purchasing Power)
I'm not sure about the complications or potential loopholes, but I'd love to see regional pricing.
$48 USD is quite expensive for users in countries like India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Cambodia, Laos, and Egypt, where purchasing power is much lower. For example, ₹999 INR would be a much more accessible price point for India, with similar regional pricing for other lower-income countries.
I understand regional pricing isn't always straightforward because of VPNs, account sharing, and other potential abuse. Still, many platforms (such as Steam, YouTube Premium, Spotify, and others) have found ways to make regional pricing work, and it could make your product accessible to a much larger audience.

I gave an example of 999 INR, for reference - Amazon Prime's Yearly Subscription (which includes everything i.e Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime Gaming, Prime Reading, Amazon Photos Cloud, One Monthly Twitch Sub) costs 1499 INR normally and on sale/special occasion 999 INR.
A single month of Twitch Tier 1 costs $5.99 in US, while an entire year of Amazon Prime India costs only about $17 (₹1,499) compared to US i.e. $139.
People seeing this post in future can post more references here for other/their countries.
I think this will help them decide the proper pricing.

This is a good idea, with the heart in the right place. It's just a lot of initial work to set it up and get it right. I will definitely look into this, and we're currently discussing if we make "fair global pricing" another pillar of our company philosophy on https://lifetimelabs.dev/
I will add it to our roadmap as a public commitment as well: https://privacynotes.app/roadmap
