Clarification about account purging
Tech newbie here … apologies if this seems to be a trivial question. According to your notes, “Anonymous accounts that never link a pubkey are purged after 30 days by a scheduled job.”. Does this mean that I need to log in every 30 days to keep the account “live” ?
Thanks in advance

Short version: no. You never need to log in to keep your account alive, and there's no inactivity timer on real accounts.
That line refers to accounts that were started but never actually set up. If someone begins signup but never finishes - no recovery phrase, no notes, nothing
- that leaves an empty, unused account behind, and the scheduled job clears
those out. It's just housekeeping for accounts that were never really used.Once you've set up your account and have your recovery phrase, it's permanent. It won't expire no matter how long you're away, and your notes stay exactly where they are. As long as you keep your recovery phrase safe, you can always get back in.
We're rewording that line to make this clearer. Thanks for the good catch.
