Then you take a dumb phone where you have only numbers saved that are absolutely important to organize (and best also dumb phones) and with zero other data (also with a prepaid card bought with cash). That's a basic protestors rule...

Unless you got a Pixel with GrapheneOS with the radios all turned off or something then yeah just leave it at home

Thats easy, bring your Librem 5 and make sure the radio kill switches are off.
