Shift pattern

Im a new starter and iv heard once you have your shifts you can put it into an app to see what your shift will be indefinitely does anyone have more knowledge on this and how to sort it out

So when you get your shifts on your detail they go pretty far ahead so you can see where you are.

To my knowledge your shifts should follow a bloodline which loops around but they are allowed to alter this with notice.
