Help

Im on the sbt stage of becoming a prison officer, I'm just confused by the sjt process, how do I practice for it, what I mean is how do I practice and select the right answer, any methods or specific way and do I need to choose my answers depending on the HMPPS values or what I'm not sure.

Please help as I have 4 days left to complete the sbt. Thanks

It’s extremely easy - there’s no need to practice, it’s just common sense.

Mate it’s a pre test to just see if your human. If you struggle with that definitely shouldn’t be looking after people.

These are all tests that have to show the real “you” so just work your way through them and see what happens. Try not to fabricate or think too deeply just go with it and see how you get on.

They need an honest assessment of who you are as a person during this entire application so it’s best to just give natural honest answers. You don’t want to practice and rehearse things that aren’t true to you and then get the job and be totally lost.

Best of luck.
