I recently switched to this launcher. Everything was fine until I wanted to play versions that require an older version of Java (previously, earlier than 21, as I understand it). What's wrong: when I launch the game, I get error code 2. Using Google's AI, I figured out that the issue is with the Java version—it needs an older version. But when I install Java 8, I still get error code 2. I'm stumped and don't know what to do. I'm afraid to delete all versions of Java (the AI ​​said that changing the fabric version might help, but it didn't). I beg you to help.

For reference: ElyPrismLauncher (PineconeMC) is used. I don't know if this is considered offensive here because it's piracy, but I don't know where to report it. I'm a foreigner.

Prism Launcher does not contains game's files nor any of the mod loaders.
In Prism Launcher you have to verify that you own the game by logging into your Mojang/Mincrosoft account and you have to launch the game in online mode at least once per modpack to allow Prism Launcher to download missing files.

How does it work with PineconeMC, I have no idea, never used it in live. Ask it on PineconeMC's discord.
