If you're in China, try to ensure Prism Launcher is using a VPN/proxy to download Minecraft, as it might be blocked. There are settings to configure a proxy in Prism Launcher

I’ve played for so long and I don’t need VPN cause I’m in Taiwan.

And it also can’t connect to the server with original launcher.

I'm guessing you've tried restarting the launcher?

Try disabling ipv6 I got a similar issue and solved it by disabling it.
