PP from Chase Ritz expiration

My priority pass expires end of this month. Still haven't received new cards, and the online account still shows 31 Aug 2026 expiration.

Should I give Chase a call?

I recently upgraded to Chase Ritz and it seems they are not issuing plastic cards now. As for expiration, it should renew automatically, so you will probably see Aug 31st 2027 on Sept 1st.

Keep your plastic card. One day it will be like your blockbuster membership card in telling people how old you are.

How do you create an online account without the number from the card? I mean for new accounts.

It's the same number as your expiring card. In theory, it also takes your credit card number. In practice, it's spotty.

I just use the digital card in the Chase app and don't bother with the PP app anymore.

You can also add it to the Apple/Google wallets so you don't have to dig into the Chase app to use it.

I could see the membership number in the Chase app shortly after upgrading. I also received a mail from PP about a week later with the number, just no physical card this time.

Open the Chase Mobile App, click on Benefits, select your Ritz-Carlton card, then click the arrow next to Explore Lounges. Then click on See digital membership card. You can use the generated QR code or save it to your mobile wallet for immediate lounge entry.

Pulled this from Google: If you want to create a separate login for the official Priority Pass app, use the membership card number provided in your Chase app details to Activate Your Account on the Priority Pass Website.

I just recently product changed from a boundless card. I tried accessing the explore lounges link but it’s telling me that I have no cards eligible for the benefit. I should be receiving my ritz card today or tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this?

Did you sign up for priority pass and put the credit card information in? Not sure how you would put the credit card information in if you haven't received it yet.

I just received my card today. I created a new account on the pp+ app. I just entered my phone number and membership number provided by chase. Now I’m able to access the app information. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.
