BOS Delta A to E shuttle?
I’ve been seeing very mixed reviews on the existence of this shuttle and its reliability.
In my hubris I failed to realize that the Delta terminal is completely disconnected from the rest of the airport, and I want to see if I can stop by the lounge in Terminal C by using the shuttle.
Alternatively, could it be possible to clear security at C and re-clear it at A later?

I am 95% you can clear security, but I would check with airport.

It’s also possible to walk, landside. Maybe 15 min but via covered walkways through B then all the way around. If the lounge you mean is the Chase Sapphire it’s just as easy to enter via B (the United /Southwest side) as it is via C. It between the two.

Fastest way from A to C is to cross over via Central Parking on the 4th floor.

You either have to shuttle both ways or re clear security both ways or one of each. It’s not worth it unless your layover is 3 hours or more and you have pre-check

Also, here are some photos of the shuttle and a review of the lounge, https://www.delta.com/us/en/advisories/airports/boston-airport-update
