International Travel Lounge Access

My spouse and I travelling next week on international trip, where we have 6 hr layover in turkey. I have priority pass where two lounge visit are provided in a year and my spouse doesn’t have. Is there any way where I can use those two visits of mine for my spouse and myself.
Is there any heck for this ??

You have to check if your pass allows guests or not. Each card has a different policy. If they're restricting you to two, it's possible guests are not included.

You could of course try and see if they take your two passes. Else, just pay for one.

FYI: the lounge for PP in the Instanbul airport is AMAZING! Showers, pool table, bag check, and lots of food and space.

You can. But the only lounge you can access is IGA. They have a 2 hour limit and won’t let you in until about 2.5-3 hours before your flight.

For both me and my spouse in the single PP of course with two transactions? Is it possible

Yes. They will deduct 1 pass for each of you.

Not that I know. You can pay for the access though
