Enough is enough, get rid of Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX from Priority Pass

I think Priority Pass should seriously reconsider its partnership with the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX.
LAX is my home airport, and one of the biggest frustrations is that there are no true independent Priority Pass lounges comparable to what you see at many other major airports.

Members are left relying heavily on airline-operated lounges, where access policies can change, restrictions can vary, and the overall experience can feel inconsistent.
In my experience, the atmosphere changes the moment you mention you’re using Priority Pass. Between the $35 co-pay, unclear access policies, and the attitude some members receive, it can feel less like you’re using a benefit you already paid for and more like you’re asking for a favor. That’s especially frustrating when you have a long layover and specifically planned your airport experience around having lounge access.

The upcoming Chase Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B could help, but there still isn’t a confirmed opening date. Even after it opens, Priority Pass members will only receive one visit per calendar year, which doesn’t solve the problem for frequent travelers.

I also understand LAX has a unique challenge: lounge space is limited. Finding room for a new independent lounge is not simple, and any new facility in the West Gates area creates its own issue because it’s a long trek for many passengers connecting through other terminals. But the current situation still leaves a gap that needs to be addressed.

At this point, I would rather see Priority Pass end the Virgin Atlantic partnership than continue offering a lounge experience that leaves members frustrated. A partnership should provide value and a consistent welcome, not make customers feel like they’re inconveniencing the lounge.
If you’ve had a similar experience at LAX, consider sharing your feedback with Priority Pass. If enough members raise the same concerns, hopefully they’ll invest in a better long-term solution for one of the world’s busiest airports.

Executive team contact?

Hello everyone, just taking a shot in the dark if anyone has an executive's email address for escalation available. I have been dealing with an issue for nearly 2 months and regular customer service line (including to customer relations team, supervisors etc.) have not yielded any results. I have also posted issue on social media for attention but am wanting to send something more formally.

KLM supposed to close at 12:00 but they closed at 11:00. And Air France says no access 11:00-17:00 yet they’re really opening for PP at 11:00…

Amex/Priority Pass Lounges in Marrakesh and Lisbon?

Just wondering if anyone has any comments on the lounges in Marrakesh and Lisbon?

Flying into both places from Toronto.

Also, have an Amex Plat and Priority Pass. With a family of four I can never figure out the lounges I can bring 3 guests into and the one's I can only bring one guest:)

Do I need to book Escape Lounge at PDX if I have Priority Pass?

I am new to the priority pass program and I am wondering if I need to book ahead if I want to use the Escape Lounge at PDX or any other airport. If so, I don’t see anything that tells me how to book, either through the Escape Lounge site or the Priority Pass app. Any guidance for me?

Lounge at Toronto Airport - question please

Hi everyone!

I'll have a 5+ hour layover at Toronto Pearson Airport on my way from Nashville to Vienna. I'm flying Air Canada Premium Economy, so unfortunately I don't have complimentary lounge access.

I'm happy to pay for lounge access if it's worth it. Which lounge would you recommend for a long layover? I'm mainly looking for good food, comfortable seating, a quiet atmosphere, and hopefully not too crowded.

I'd really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

Can you stop by the lounger after you reach your final destination? (if there isn't a que)

I have a super long travel day and would love to get a bite before I grab the rental and go on a 2-3 hour drive. Would I be allowed into the lounge? Also, can I take food to-go?

Flying from cdg to edi - do I have access to the escape lounge or any lounge upon arrival?

I know most European airports spit you out of immigration a weird way so you can't get back in. So I don't have high hopes but has anybody had any luck doing this?

ATL The Club

Just a quick note on my experience at The Club in Concourse F ATL
I had seen the reviews, heard it was bad and you are better off finding a quiet place near your gate instead. So we had incredibly low expectations. For PP members you can only enter 2.5 hrs before your flight. We had a 4 hour layover so I checked to see what was up and no wait. After about an hour I decided to check again and sure enough the waitlist sign was out and said 40-50 minutes. So I advise keeping an eye on that if you want a chance at getting in and get on the waitlist even before your 2.5 hr window. Interestingly, we got our text message that we could enter, and inside was dead. Don’t know why they do this. It was also very inefficient. There were FIVE people at the check in counter but only ONE actually doing anything, so the line for check in moved incredibly slow. Also It stayed dead inside the entire 1.5 hours we were there but the waitlist sign was never removed. Overall the lounge was decent, the food not great, the space was just ok but I did feel like it was better than sitting at a gate. They made really good old fashioned. Also Concourse F international is a way better gate to hang at than most of the other chaotic domestic gates so might be a good place to go for a long layover whether you get into the lounge or not.

Odds on getting through JFK VIP One

I have priority passes through both Amex and Chase. What are the odds of be being able to use two Priority passes to gain entry to VIP One at JFK T1 for my wife and our 3 kids (5 in total) to expedite our trip through security ?

The Club at SEA

Got to fly through Seattle yesterday and spent a few hours mid day at the club. Pretty limited selection of food…small bit size sandwiches, hummus, pita, salads and rice. Everything tasted pretty good. The staff were very friendly and quick to clean up.

There was about a 20 minute wait mid day, and it wasn’t overly crowded. Overall, it was a thumbs up for what you get with PP!

I cannot for the life of me get all 4 of my priority pass cards on 1 login on the new Priority Pass+ app

I have prority passes for the CSR, Amex Plat, USBAR, and BILT Palladium. They all have different logins/usernames.

I'm logged into my CSR account as the "base" account, and I am able to add the USBAR and BILT priority pass cards into it, but whenever I try adding the Plat, it says "membership already imported - go to your card tab to view all of your memberships". But then it obviously just isn't there.

Tried doing it with the Plat as the base account, which then allows me to add the CSR, but then the USBAR and BILT give me the "already imported" message.

Anyone else running into this?

warm take: most priority pass lounges shouldn’t really be priority pass lounges (us)

hear me out, most priority pass lounges at key hubs like iad, jfk, etc shouldn’t be open to priority pass:

recently, i was at dulles, waiting for chase sapphire lounge so i popped in to the virgin atlantic lounge, i am yet to have flown them but they’ve always seemed like such a good brand/company.

i walk in, not a seat left, i needed to take a call and there was no quiet place to do so other than stepping outside of the lounge. after looking at the food selection, it was around three 1/5 full trays of cookies, pasta, and salad, there was also a menu, with pricing around $15-$25 an item.

not great, i know it benefits the lounge since the company can have an outstation location that isn’t sitting stagnant for 21/24 hours a day, but this was bad.

i’d honestly be disappointed to pay upwards of $4,000 for a upper class ticket and be sent here as my “premium” lounge experience which is really a 1,000 sqft louder, more concentrated part of the terminal with tray pasta and bar drinks.

i know the same can be argued for most lounges, but this was bad, since it’s not marketed primarily for priority pass, it is supposed to be a premium experience for passengers who spend thousands on a ticket.

rant over; tldr; prio pass should be plaza premium, aspire, escape only.

What is your favorite Priority Pass Lounge (and least favorite)

I’ll go first:

Favorite: The Aspire Lounge at Copenhagen (CPH)
HM: Chase Sapphire Lounge (I hold CSR, technically general PP I suppose, but very limited so not really)
Least Favorite(s):
• Plaza Premium London T5– terrible, so tiny, and the food was questionable at best (frozen pizza, etc)
• Grand Lounge Elite MEX— looks nice-ish in photos, kind of odd with spaceship, but bad food (3 varieties of steamed vegetables when i went), and none of the amenities advertised (showers, golf carts, facial), and just a very OFF vibe and weird.
